Hello, We would like to inform you that there is some misunderstanding, as you must know, account verification is mandatory on IQ Option to be able to withdraw funds. Also, if you use a bank card to deposit then the withdrawal goes to the same bank card with which deposit was made, it can not be changed under any circumstances.

For other payment methods, it would not be processed unless all verification documents have been provided and been verified. Also, traders should enable 2 step verification, so that a code is sent to the phone number of the registered user and no third party can login. Please follow up with support team and they will definitely resolve your issue. IQ Option is not a scam but a trusted broker.
