IKEA - Delivery never showed but still won't pay Delivery fee back

So. I had a delivery set for June 23rd.

Was sitting there waiting until I got a call from Ikea saying the delivery guys were there. Ran outside, no one. Called Ikea (after an hour) spoke to someone as was told I needed to answer the delivery person's call in order to be considered home. I was never told that and like most people, I screen my calls for unknown numbers because I get way too many robo calls.

They only tried once and left no message. They never tried again nor came to the front door. All of which would have been expected. They ended up rescheduling for July 3rd sat there all day answered every call, they never showed.

Another 2 hours on the phone and they rescheduled again. Wanting to make sure there wasn't a repeat, I called early. 3 hours later, found out the delivery company wasn't going to come that day no notification, they were re just decided they were going to come the next day, but since I won't be available, the only thing would be to reschedule it again, a week or more out. NOPE!!!

I canceled and wanted a refund. They said they would ...without the delivery fee. So basically, I paid Ikea $50 to jerk me around, waste days sitting there, answer a bunch of spam calls, spend hours on the phone waiting and have nothing to show for it but aggravation.

I then spent more time on the chat trying to get someone to understand why I didn't find it right they get to keep delivery fee when I did everything I was asked to do, but they just didn't show nor make more of an effort by calling again or leaving a message or informing me of the requirement to answer calls from unknown numbers. But of course I was passed from one rep to another.
