Net10 Wireless - Complsint

Placed a new card on my phone and it shows my minutes and how !any days I have left but days I have no service. Called net 0 and they said refuting showed fine that they had upgraded to 4g and I would need to buy a new phone like the money I spent and put on the phone card did not mean anything. I will more than likely switch to a new service which is sad after eleven years with net 10.

User's recommendation: Use a different service than net10.
