Us Auto Sales - Issue not resolved

My issue has not been handled and now my car has been turned off and it is the weekend. My payment was supposed to be changed to my new pay day. I have sent my pay stubs twice and made 3 phone calls. Im not happy. How do I get this taken care of? I used the app to get my car in but that only works for 24 hours. What do I do for Sunday?
