USAA - To file review

Third day this week and third call today. After 2 1/2 hours on hold, the call was disconnected. The earlier call today, after only one hour on hold, I actually got a live body to only be told she couldnt help me and transferred my call. Heres an idea USAA stop telling me you appreciate me; stop telling me the long delays are Covid related. . . HIRE MORE PEOPLE!
