Temu - Over charged used wrong card caused Over draft fees did not use right card
Haven't ordered anything from them in 5 years; didn't know they still had the numbers. When I was ready to check out, it didn't go to payment; I checked out and put in my card info.
It automatically charged the card. I looked at my account online and saw they used the wrong card.
I called Temu right away and told them to cancel the order and the card, and I added the new credit card. I gave them the new credit card number; he took it, but they kept putting orders on my debit card without my permission.
User's recommendation: Don't order from temu
