No one has contacted me. This is very disappointing because e are local and have supported them since they opened. Never again.

Last wk placed a $100 order on Uber eats WELL BEFORE lunch. It should have been delivered by 12:45pm. We heard nothing we called. We were told they dont use only Door Dash and maybe the ipad was accidentally activated. Talked to the manager named Adam, and then mysteriously the order was canceled. So then we go to door Dash and cant place an order because it wasnt turned on the iPad. Call back Adam turned it on and they didnt have what we wanted on the online menu. So then we called back Five minutes after three and they would not honor the lunch menu even though we started with all of this at 11. Someone goes to pick the order up and asked to speak to Adam and he conveniently was not available.AM

User's recommendation: Be mindful of the people running the shop now.

Preferred solution
A refund in the difference of the lunch menu for what we ordered and what we ended up paying. Because we ordered well before the lunch menu was over. And if Adam hadn’t been hiding in the back we would’ve gotten him to adjust it when we came.

I call on a Regular basis about their inconsistency

So my bill is NEVER due the same time like normal companies yet the customer has to carry the burden of inconsistency in the part of Gexa. I pay my bill first check of the month, consistently. With TXU my bill due date was adjusted to be due 2nd week. No Gexa sends a DISCONNECT notice 3 days after the bill is due, no grace period and charges a late fee immediately even though we cant budget because the bills never come at the same time. Im over paying an extra 10~15 bucks extra and refuse to.

Stop charging people two days after the bill is due when you cannot even read the meters at the same time every month you’re making hand over fist money
