Pulte Mortgage - Worst Loan Company in the World
Purchased a DiVosta home in FL. Applied for mortgage loan for $200k with Pulte Mortgage.
I have never missed a house payment in 25 years and have over $3m in assets.
Process took nearly four months. Loan contact was an idiot. Inaccurate, late information. Forgot to include a $39,000 payment for options in the down payment (small error, huh?). Repeatedly failed to provide an accurate Loan Estimate.
Issued Final Loan Approval in December 2017 and then told me two months later that was an "error on their part." Requested reams of documentation.
Here I am four weeks from closing without a loan.
Don't waste your time with these clowns

I have experienced the same thing and even sold my home based on an approval that was later retracted and may end up without a home if the appraisal comes in too low on my new home. May consult a lawyer to see what my rights are as the sale of my previous home was completed contingent on approval by Pulte Mortgage on my new home loan.
Here we are a month after my initial poor review of Pulte Mortgage.No one from this company reached out to me - they simply don't care about customer service. They are just a "loan broker" that solicits loans and sells them to other questionable companies.Went with Chase Bank - they processed loan application and approved in roughly six weeks with a third of the documentation Pulte wanted and at a better interest rate.
Not enough money in the world to do business with these horrible people. The biggest scam, Run far away
The absolute worst company in the world. They discriminate against all equal and fair housing laws.
I will be setting up a class action lawsuit against Pulte and contacting all local news stations to let everyone know how this company does business.
If you notice they donโt even care when there customers are unhappy. This is the only way to change this horrible company from changing the way they do business.
