Servise bogus charges by Champion Chevrolet Gulf Freeway Houston Texas

I have S-10 truck 2003 and oxygen sensor (bank 2 sensor 1) had to be replace. I told service advisor Gary Dunford what I need and asked for the price, he told me that they need to check what is wrong. After few hours he called and told me that oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1 has to be replaced and also my engine needs "decarbonization" with total $600 plus tax. I sad no because the price was much too high. When I took my car I was charged $134.69 for "diagnosis" that is for telling me exactly the same as I have told them. I want my money back. I should be told upfront how much they charge for oxygen sensor replacement so neither side will waste time. The they are doing is a switch and bait tactics and the winner is always Champion service. Beware of Champion Chevrolet service in Houston Texas, they are real champions in *** consumers.
