Dell - Customer service

I bought a brand new Dell laptop and it is not working it's been months they have claimed to ordered a new motherboard for it. But they keep canceling the order and saying parts are backed up for this computer sounds like it's a defect in the laptops they are selling why not just replace with a new one. I spent over $1,000 for my laptop. If I don't get a new laptop on my reimbursement for my funds . I am a hard-working black man I am about to go to social media all networks and display the treatment from Dell customer service.

User's recommendation: Don't spend your money on Dell laptop they are selling defected products. And will not fix or replace the brand new product spend 3 months they have been giving me the runaround.
