Shein - I have not received a package

Dear SHEIN Team! I got a message the package has arrived but I didn't get a package in the mailbox or there was nothing in front of the door! I was not at home and how can you leave a packet there when nobody is at home that is not my fault, they didn't leave a letter or anything that my package arrived! i have paid i want to either get my money back or get the packet quickly! How can you leave a package there when I'm not at home !!! I have not received a package, I was at DPD and they do not have my package! I want my money back or my package very quickly! My package number is: 062151****4170 on the name of Kristina Lakatos address Pölleritzergasse 6/20/31. 1230 Vienna. i am as sure that i paid the money i want to be so sure that the package will be given in my hand.
