Total Av - Got double billed for my refund

I asked for a refund and cancelled my service and was double billed instead of refunded. I have looked at the actual reviews and I know this company cannot possibly have a 4.6 out of 5. Furthermore, I am going to contact the better business bureau tomorrow and the magistrate on this company's rip off service, it may be a candidate for a class action lawsuit. Good job at that, there are enough of us with one star or fewer reviews, I was hoping there would be a no star review for you

User's recommendation: Stop pulling this *** i have actually seen the non tainted reviews and there is no way the app is a 4.6 out of five.
