Upgraded to latest 12 max pro. Phone was sent 28 of June and was lost by UPS. Tried retrieving at Laurel UPS, phone unavailable. Contacted Apple, wanted to go to the store. They refused, so I cancelled the entire order. Instead, they sent another phone via UPS against my wishes. Had to call Verizon to dispute the contract. It has become a mess, can't upgrade, still unresolved.

User's recommendation: Go to the Apple store do not purchase online.

Preferred solution
I want a full refund, I want contract null and void with Verizon, and I do not want to be responsible for the second phone they sent. Either that or a major price reduction, and for them to straighten out the mess that was created
