Los Angeles Times - Complaint on customer service

All I wanted to do was get to the L.A. Times website which would allow me to stop delivery of my printed newspaper for a few days. The Chat Room directed me to a page to "join" for a refundable dollar to get my answer!!! I've previously had my own password to the Customer Service site but now I can't find anything that would let me get to the site to request a stop delivery for my newspaper. Not only was I told I woulden't get my printed copies later after stop delievery, but I still needed to pay for those onreceived copies. For that price i pay for my printed subscription, I think its a rip off.

User's recommendation: If princes for L.A. Times subscriptions continue to go up, don't get it - look at the news on TV or your smart phone.
