Quest Diagnostics - No way to communicate with Quest re billing error

I heard absolutely nothing from Quest after posting my complaint and forwarding it to them. Phone messages left with the so-called "patient advocacy" office went unanswered. Emails to another office supposedly dedicated to customer complaints at Quest also went unanswered. Conclusion: they just don't care. I noticed their BBB rating is D-. Maybe it's time to flunk them. Zero concern for customers, or "patients" as they seem to prefer.

User's recommendation: Maybe Quest is your only alternative, but take note that they don't care about errors that cost their customers. They won't even answer the phone much less respond to messages.

Every six months I get lab work for one of my doctors who has a Quest lab in his clinic. Every six months Quest messes up my billing. They have given me another gender, another surname, you name it. Every single time I am forced to try to correct their billing errors...

There was no resolution, really. I reached out to Deming's campaign and there was zero response.

Resolved: PrettyLitter - Order not shipped after 8 days

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I also filed a complaint with the BBB but the issue was resolved after the PissedConsumer complaint with a full refund. They subsequently sent me a package of Prettylitter that I will try..

Called 4 times, sent 3 text messages, sent 4 messages, tried live chat with no response. Finally got a text telling me they're overwhelmed with orders and might send my order out in a couple of days. Doesn't seem like a very good way to run a business.
