I order 600 dollars worth of clothes and got exited over stuff that never even showed up I’m so pissed of I am never shopping here again I either want my refund or my order reshipped

I order 600 dollars worth of shein and it never came and the money got taken from my account and it still says unpaid! This is outrageous!!!
