Verizon Wireless - Billing Dispute

I canceled an order a day after I was talked into getting Verizon phones I didnt need. Since this was in November 2020 and their customer service was really backed up. I tried to return the phones at this location, but they refused to take them: 2689 Via De La Valle Suite D, Del Mar, CA 92014. They said the order was online and they cant take them. I had to call back and request a return label, which was supposed to be in the box. As soon as they sent me the return label I returned the phones. I was told I did everything timely and I would be getting full credit. I never opened the boxes with the phones, I never ported the numbers. I returned everything in new condition. I have talked to their customer service representatives over a dozen times and was reassured every time that I will get full credit. I even have an email with full credit pending. Now my account is with a collection agency and I need to pay $267.33 for services I never used. If I don't, my credit will be affected.BillBi
