Charter Communications - I was terminated from the spectrum internet assist program without cause

For two years as a senior citizen I have enjoyed internet service for $19.99/month. Until May 2021 when some young manager decided he didn't like my calling so much to complain about the change in pricing, so he deliberately screwed my account up and now I'm being overcaharged for service. Mabagers at this company are worthless and the retail stores are worse.

User's recommendation: Avoid Charter/Spectrum at all cost.
