Verizon Wireless - Closed and Horrible automated system

The automated service kept misunderstanding me I said reconnect my service and it kept saying activate a new phone when I tried to dial 0 it just hung up in my face when I finally got threw thats when I found out the office was closed long story short your automated system sucks and I thought customer service was 24 hours
