Monetary loss doesn't include the 3 hours I spent looking for contact information, email, calling, on hold etc. My hourly salary is $45/per hour so I guess I am up to a loss of $203.00

Delivery is late, phone number for the store location is not working, customer service line keeps disconnecting me. Website is no help. Called the franchise number and have been on hold for 30 mins!!!!! ridiculous!!!!! at least the floral shops answer their phones and try to make the customers happy. Next time I will order flowers.

Preferred solution: I am open to any resolution to my issue, more importantly I want to see Edible.com to be accountable for the people that they allow use (and abuse) their brand. I ordered because I related this brand to a reliable company.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE ONLINE SERVICES. unreliable, incorrect information and no call back or assistance from Edible brands.
