The "bot" of customer service states it is unable to forward my request to anyone live or managerial and the email I received when I cancelled just states that I if I cancel I will never again be able to have an account with Ubereats/Postmates. What a company, huh? Have you ever heard of that before?
- Most drivers are great
- Good food
- No personal interest in their customers
- Insufficient resolution to issues
- Doesnt fix mistakes right away
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: don't do postmates. If you have any sort of issue, they don't care
