The "bot" of customer service states it is unable to forward my request to anyone live or managerial and the email I received when I cancelled just states that I if I cancel I will never again be able to have an account with Ubereats/Postmates. What a company, huh? Have you ever heard of that before?

Almost always late, one driver delivered to my neighbor and refused to come back, and tonight after 2 hours my order was sent to a restaurant no longer in service. I tried to resolve with customer service and refused to offer anything other than waiving my charge for the food I was not going to get after 2 hours. When I cancelled they said it is forever. Fxxk you!

Cons:
  • No personal interest in their customers
  • Insufficient resolution to issues
  • Doesnt fix mistakes right away

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: don't do postmates. If you have any sort of issue, they don't care
