Jason, I previously responded to you regarding your issues and got you over to INR (Investigations) to review your case. They processed your complaint through their department and there no mutual agreement was met with them. I'm genuinely sorry you feel this way. However - I would kindly suggest reconnecting with Investigations if you have additional concern as we've already sent you over to them and we have no other avenues to direct for investigations. Please allow me to clarify what our role is with regard to social media platforms. The staff that mans this page and other social media outlets do not process refunds and we have zero say in approving any adjustments for complaints posted on social media. Our responsibility is to ensure you are directed to the proper department so that your complaint may be reviewed by the appropriate staff. 502-807-**** I use to do my pay per click advertisement myself. My best months was when I setup a 2000.00 budget with Google. I paid another 500 to keep great post already made for my company. They where straight to the point very descriptive and fast to read , a larger writing and we did not use my website to do it. And I kept 5-7 appointments daily . Monday through Friday and a lot of times even Saturdays. I did this for multiple years, I’ve been in business 22 years. My repeat customers saved me. Because honestly financially thus has killed me. This month I had 39 total calls not appointments if we close 3/4 25 customers a month. Which is very poor. If my customers are not happy with my services I offer great opportunities to help them. Save them money or refund some and do a better job to improve situation . I’m not asking. For nothing but what I was sold which was a dependable program that would not fail me. But it is and the worst my calls where decreased tremendously and I was asked to pay more money regardless. 39 calls for 1,470.00 is not a good deal and when I called to get assistance I was told I have to pay regardless.
