My kia soul burnt , total loss filed a claim and its now been months and although Ryan in claims is being promoted, he won't answer even a phone call. This is ridiculous. He made promises of rental car, replacement or reimbursement of our personal items and that kia would take the best of care, and we would be taken care of . But here we are months later, and Ryan and his so called engineering department has done absolutely nothing. Don't buy kia or Hyundai.

I'd like the help that Ryan promised us. As a matter of fact it should be more for the time and mental anguish caused by the companies and their employees. I am a disabled Veteran and have missed appointments
