Optimum - Extremely Poor Customer Service

Calls seem like they are never recorded or monitored. Reps are very rude. They also seem to lie to customers for the fun of it. Called 866-218-**** inquiring about change in billing. Most time person who answers is Hispanic. Had hard time understanding CS rep. Kept placing me on hold (for 55 mins) to 'look into it'. She finally says, "you had a service change. You ordered playboy channel. Technician came to your house on such and such date." All Lies. I asked to speak to the manager. However, the 'manager' is [always] on another call. Or the manger will tell you the same info.
