I finally received refund check on July 4, 2021. It would have been nice if Omaha Steak Company would have followed through with Fed Ex to find out why my package did not arrive until four days AFTER the due date.

The entire order was ruined and spoiled because it sat at Fed Ex in Memphis, TN for 7 days without refrigeration. Then I Omaha kept stalling on the refund.

Customers should not have to go through that kind of nonsense when the fault was clearly with Fed Ex. Barbara Green
