Ubereats - I was charged for food that could not be picked up
I ordered food through Uber eats. I tracked the order online and didn't realize it was not for delivery I am disabled I have a paralyzing disorder so I then called the store and was towed that they did not have an order I was told that three times talk to three different employees and then I was told that the order was processed the late and that they were actually closed I was looking online at the time and could clearly see the closing time the order was not available for pickup and the employees at the store but very rude as a matter of fact I asked for the manager name I asked for corporate phone number they hung up in my face I called another store located in mesquite Texas spoke with that lady who told me that the stores were owned by lady named Molly I was being told that since I paid through Uber eats I had to get my money back from Uber eats this was I believe Jim first I've been trying to contact someone ever since then I am very dissatisfied no customer should be treated like I was and I want my money back

- Lot of food missing
