Technical issue ( adding an email address to my Verizon mobile device ) .

Nobody from Verizon has called me yet, and/ or try to help me resolve my issues.So sad to see a good company get so bad so fast, in the name of the shareholders.Remember, yahoos at Verizon management , with no happy customers, you have no business!K GrffinSenior Business Consultant.

After trying to talk to a human customer service rep., for about 4 hours, I was connected to some people in Korea, who spoke little English and knew very little about what I was trying to do. Needless to say, I still have the issue, and still no resolution. Too bad, Verizon used to be such a good company. Time to switch carriers, I think. I ahve
