Ulta - Lost package

I ordered a new flat iron in early May. For some reason, my order was delivered to an old address even though I had changed my address and have received multiple orders at my current address. After the package did not arrive on the day it showed to be delivered, I contacted Ulta with no results. When I checked my account, I noticed that my address had reverted back to my previous address, so I changed it once again. Now, I have no flat iron and owe almost $100 on my Ulta card for a product I do not have. I have also contacted the person who now lives in my old house.

User's recommendation: Don’t expect a delivery issue to be fixed.

I just had this same problem. I have been dealing with them since April and they are unwilling to help.

This was my first big order with Ulta since I always ordered from Sephora I thought I would give them a try and they are so not helpful.

Customer service can't do anything about it because it went to another address except send me an e gift card. I dont want to shop here ever again, why would I want a gift card?
