Sounds EXACTLY like what I am going through. Mine has been in the shop since May.

Paying someone $50 to mow our lawn all summer long, and its due to a "part being on backorder". For $1600 brand new mower (only 6 hours on it), they definitely should be at least paying for my lawn to be mowed. We researched so much before deciding on Cub Cadet and of course we get the junk.....

Let us know if you hear anything back or if you get any compensation. I wish I was able to just return it, or sell it after its fixed but I know I wont get near what we paid for it :(
