Took my money for hotel room they never paid for and wont refund. Total scam. Dishonest company and should not be allowed to steal peoples money

Nobody has contacted me to resolve what so ever. No refund has been issued after providing required information. I will be taking this to the next level of legal assistance.

I replied to your email which bounced back undeliverable.

You people are hiding from your own business model. Speaks volumes and exposes what type of people run this crooked operation.

Completely scandalous company. As a single mother and sole provider, I lost $327 and that is a big deal, when you are ripped off and your credit card company wont even stand up to them. Recommend not doing business with this company.

Booking reference 259**** Call me if you need other info. I will continue to post negative feedback until a full refund is received When I contacted the hotel direct, they hadn’t received payment for this reservation prior to me cancelling days before arrival.

I will go to the attorney general next Kristi Lee 239-465-**** Someone should clearly revisit the morales of this business model. It is pathetic to pray on people for your personal gain.
