Kyle And Kyle Attorneys At Law - Corrupt attorney tramples on victims rights !

How corrupt can attorneys get in order to make a buck off an accident victim ? You'll see after you read this valuable public service message: The defendant ran a stop sign, totaling my vehicle, in October of 2007. On April 9, 2010 Dorothy Kyle, ESQ (Kyle & Kyle 9446 Del Webb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89134) was appointed as arbitrator for this auto negligence case of which I am a victim (representing myself as Plaintiff). Overall, arbitration is mandatory in such cases unless the parties agree otherwise. Of course, the insurance defender (Joel Barber, ESQ) rejected my request to amicably settle via mediation. Such rejection, in addition to Nationwide Insurance refusing to offer fair settlement since 2007, continues to WASTE YOUR TAX PAYERS $$$$$. As if that wasn't enough, here comes the good part... During the first arbitration conference the insurance defender not only denied his client ran a stop sign (remember, my car was totaled...confirmed by police report) but provided Dorothy Kyle five references to prior low-ball settlement offers from the insurance company. Revealing prior offers to an arbitrator is a direct violation of Nevada Arbitration Rules (NAR). Upon discovering this, I objection. Despite their attempted deceit both Dorothy Kyle and Joel Barber proceeded to stumble over themselves trying to convince me their blatant blunder was "...not an issue...". That's right...these two attorneys tried in vain to cover up their collective incompetence in an attempt to detriment of my case. Despite my continued and clear objections to their unethical behavior Dorothy Kyle commanded me to continue with the conference. I then told her to end the session in a timely manner. She told me "....you aren't going anywhere...!" Wow…do you grasp the significance of her tirade and persistent oppression of a victim ? Summed up...Dorothy Kyle, a licensed attorney, attempted to prevent me from leaving her office after she openly and blatantly committed malpractice, negligence, behavior unbecoming of a judicial officer, etc. But wait, there's more... Besides having just ignored my constitutional rights Kyle then proceeded, that same day, to draft an "order" for my return to her office at a later date. I objected and filed for Kyle to be removed as arbitrator. Chris Beecroft (arbitration commissioner) denied that request. I filed petition for the District Judge on the case (Jennifer Togliatti) to review Beecroft's rubber stamped "decision". Togliatti reversed Beecroft's decision, forcing Kyle to vacate the role of arbitrator. Now for the rip-off... Although several certified letters were sent to Kyle requesting my deposit back considering her incompetent services she has not responded...thus this public complaint. Kyle, obviously bitter that a District Judge saw through her shenanigans, continues to show her true colors as a money grubbing attorney by holding hostage my deposit…claiming she earned it. And now, what you've all been waiting for, the moral of the story... Simply stated, if you are not familiar with rules and/or don't stand up for what is right you will easily be taken advantage of by crafty "professionals". Naturally, this sad state of affairs will bleed your hard earned money if you let it. The above factual information was certainly worth my time to expose Kyle and Barber as proven corrupt attorneys. The worst part of it is they both refused vehemently to admit their unethical ways even when caught with their hand in the proverbial cookie jar. The rule they chose to ignore was so elementary a layman like myself clearly understood its meaning. This was a black/white issue…no gray area in which to escape. Surprised by the above events ? Yes? Then please watch your step before finding yourself in a similar spider web of attorney deceit. Be prepared to call a spade a spade. Intelligent consumers such as you are likely to see the facts for what they are and relate this situation when you hear someone asking "...do you know a good attorney?" Fight for your rights…get results !

Dallas Horton and Associates - Dallas Horton ESQ., ...00.5% work but charges you 30%

Would you let someone steal 30% of your money out of every paycheck? In essence, that is exactly what G. Dallas Horton & Associates of Las Vegas, NV does on a regular basis to accident victims This rip-off firm "specializes" in personal injury litigation...or should I say they depend on a revolving door "body count" to feed their bottom line ?!? Here's how it works: Many auto accident victims suffer from bona fide injuries that do not require hospitalization. Unfortunately, these types of cases can be handled without an attorney but victims get swindled into signing a contract by a money hungry attorney who does not inform the victim of such facts. Such is the daily business at Dallas Horton & Associates. The more victims "body count" that sign the law firms contract the more easy money the law firm makes. They'll tell you that your injuries are worth a "lot of money" only to turn around and settle LOW with the insurance company behind your back. Adding insult to injury, Dallas Horton or one of his "associates" will tell you "...that was all we can get for your injuries..." Most people take the money and run...BIG mistake ! What is a victim to do? Get educated ! Why let a law firm get up to 40% of your settlement for limited work? If you walked away from your accident but have medical issues do the foot work for yourself and save thousands. Use an attorney only for legal paperwork that is required to settle with the insurance company. Most people have the intelligence to handle this. It is industry standard for an insurance company to offer a you a low sum of money to just go away so they can close your claim. This amount is well below what your claim is really worth. Lets say your claim is worth $10,000. Expect an early offer of about $3,000 (generally speaking). If you reject that offer expect another in the range of $4,000. Do you see what happened? You sat on your butt and the offer increased. Then, by pushing facts and evidence in their face you may settle for about $5,000-8,000. Employing an attorney at this moment might get you $10,000 or more. WOW, the attorney might get me $10,000. It's a no-brainer, use the attorney right? WRONG ! Do you see why Dallas Horton and other attorneys want you to sign a contract immediately before you figure this out? Right, they want 30% on the FULL $10,000 versus 30% on the difference between what YOU negotiated with the insurance company (lets say $8,000) and $10,000. That is a possible savings of up to $2,400 that YOU keep in your pocket ! Moral ? Unless you have significant injuries YOU can handle a good portion of your accident claim BEFORE you involve an attorney if ever ! Further, keep the money grubbing attorney out of your bank account. I called numerous attorneys in the Las Vegas area and NONE of them would admit to this deceitful practice. Be careful, attorneys pray on you given all the confusion that happens after an accident. They depending on you to sign their 30% contingency contract while you aren't thinking clear promising you "..lots of money." Translation ? If you don't watch you money some attorney will take it. Best of health to you.
