Fashionmia, do I have to beg for my money? (DAY 1)

Ok, Fashionmia, you like to play? Good! You'll hear from me every single day, until you'll do the right thing. I bought 4 horrible dresses from you on December (see pictures). On May 28, you wrote that you ''surely will help (me) solve the problem.'' Then you added: ''We fully understand the situation, and we admit it's our mistake, please accept our sincere apology to you. We will mark your refund as urgent, our financial department will process your refund in first priority.'' One week later, nothing!!! The usual nothing. Don't you have any shame, any moral compass? Do I have to beg for my money? Do I have to write you every single day to ask for something you owe me? Do I have to remind you every single day the horror you sent me 6 MONTH ago? Do I have to remind you that you got 160$ from me and I got nothing from you? Do I have to remind you every single day how immoral, how despicable, how low this is? You promised to do the right thing. Do it! Give me a day, a specific day when your ''financial department'' will send back my money via PayPal. You have everything you need to transfer my money.

Good luck with this company. It will be a miracle if they contact you and refund anything. The complaints against this place as well as their sister sites are unbelievable yet people continue to order from them and have problems.People should just support their local community businesses and not go out of the country for shoddy merchandise.

This ''company'' is an insult to our intelligence and to the simple notion of business. It's not business what they do, it's an alarming and disturbing way of cheating people and of stealing their money.

I can't believe I trusted them with my money. Right now, they got 160$ from me, and I got only lies, empty promises and... more lies.

They belong in jail, not in a civilized society. They are simply appalling and truly disgusting.

Hi everyone, Look at this lies from Fashionmia. After promising me a full refund, they found another lie and are trying to force me to buy AGAIN from them. Fashionmia, stop lying, cheating and stealing people's money! You know you can very well give me my meney back, but you prefer lying ang cheating and stealing: that't what you do, that's THE ONLY THING you do!!! I already told you that my Paypal account is fine, that you can make a easy transfer, but you refuse to do it. Here is, for your information, what is said on the PayPal's website (https://www.paypal.com/ca/webapps/mpp/send-money-online) ''Quickly and easily gift your loved ones, pay the babysitter or split the check. Send money to just about anyone using their PayPal email address or mobile number and the money will go into their PayPal account. If they don’t have an account, they can create one quickly for free.'' Compare this message with your lies below: Dear Customer, Thanks for your kindly reply. Sincerely sorry that we can only refund the money to the paypal account with which you placed the order. That cannot de edited. And, your order status is overdue for the refund and Paypal has closed the refund option. Is it possible that you choose other items as replacement of your purchased ones? Otherwise we would be happy to offer you a CAD 130 cash coupon for your future purchase. If you insist on a refund, we will contact Paypal to issue it, which will take some more time to be processed. Loved everything, all the pieces of the fashionmia store are wonderful. It has a variety of pieces, colors and sizes that you can enjoy a lot.

In addition to having a wonderful care, that gives enough attention to the client. I told them to shop at the store.:love:My favorite category is dresses, they are beautiful, elegant and for a great price. The sweaters and pants are also wonderful. And the shoes?

Just incredible, I really loved everything.They send everything right, no problem with packaging.

So, comment@***s agreed to pay me back. BUT check this out: FIRST ANSWER: Please put the order list with product ID within the package back to us. And please offer us the tracking NO. of the parcel after you send it back, after we can get the item back, the refund CAD99.52 will be issued timely. Thanks. SECOND ANSWER: Once we receive your returning package, your refund CA$122.16 will be processed timely. THIRD ANSWER (after I sent back the dressed but they didn't issue my refund ''timely'') : ZERO So, comment@***s, why did you need the tracking no??? Why do you keep on lying to me? Fashionmia - I want my money back!

After many messages ,I got the usual NOTHING from FashionMia. For me, is a matter of principle, a higly moral quest: are this people above the law? Are they allowed to steal their customers money (because that's what they do!!!!), to cheat, to lie like there is no tomorrow and then to run away like nothing happened? I have read a lot of posts, comments, you name it, about this ''company'': it's unbelievable, it's disgusting, it's immoral, it's beyond comprehension and beyond belief. But nobody seems to care about the customers. What kind of business is this? We should be able to sue them. They can't just run away with people's money!
