When I bought my car, salesperson said they would return my rental, that way I could drive new car off the lot. Well the rental company says the car was returned with damage. I contacted Easterns they said they didn't cause any damage and didn't see any damage. They spoke as if they were going to accept some responsibility, but not. They are just silent. I shouldn't have expected any different based on many of the terrible reviews I have seen about Easterns. What comes around goes around. No responsibility from Easterns, I trusted them (my bad). 2nd car I bought from Easterns, will not buy another and will make sure everybody I know, never buys from them. What's the saying? Never trust a car salesperson. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Nothing you can do if you are not accepting any responsibility for what I am being charged to the damaged rental that I left in your care to return.

Enterprise Rent A Car - False Damage Reports Against Consumers

Well I'll add my complaint to the bunch. Been using Enterprise for years.

Who knew they conducted such poor business. I rented a car in Annandale, VA but returned it to a different location in Temple Hills, MD. I just dropped off the keys like I usually do and have never had an issue with trusting the Enterprise staff. This time they charge me with damaging the car.

I was not notified, sent pictures, or given the opportunity to rebut the claim. Let me say emphatically that there was no damage. If there was damage (other than what was reported when I picked up the car) it was done by Enterprise and they are putting it off on me, which is despicable. I left a deposit because I used my debit card and they kept my deposit $168.40, but I was lied to by staff and told I was getting my deposit back.

I just received a request in the mail from Enterprise requesting my insurance information for the claim in which they will try and charge me who knows what. I have been reading online about Enterprise doing this to people. What a scam. I am submitting as many reviews/complaints as I can.

Again, I want to see the proof of this damage and have asked but yet to see pictures. I've done business with Enterprise for years, never an issue.
