GEICO - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have never had an issue with Geico but thats because I had never had to submit a claim until today. I got a chip on my windshield, so before going home I stopped to get it repaired. The guy there asked me what insurance I had and when I replied Geico he said its going to take a while. Wow. He wasnt kidding. He called the claims department and was on hold for about an hour. I gave them my information and then they told me that sometimes they have to send an inspector. They said it was random. Here I am 5 hours later still waiting to get my $40 repair approved. Yes it would have just been easier to have paid the $40 but why should I have to do that? I am beyond upset to say the least.
User's recommendation: Go with someone else.

- Could not help when i needed them
Make the process easier or help me cancel my policy. I would like nicer customer service people as well.
