Family Dollar - Toilet Paper Shortage Is Not A Laughing Matter

First of all. I would like to state that the employees that currently work at this location have always been nice, courteous, and professional. No problems there. I have no complaints against them. On 3/17/2020, I went to buy some toilet paper. They were completely out. On 3/18/2020, I went to buy toilet paper again and they were almost completely out. The clerk stated that they would have toilet paper hopefully on Monday. Hopefully is not guaranteed. I don't put my faith in the word "Hopefully". This manager of the store needs to start demanding that toilet paper be stocked immediately. This poses a serious danger and threat to the community. To include a health hazard. They can have toilet paper stocked in less a week and they should plan accordingly. This could be signs of deliberate stoppage. We consumers are going to hold those 100 percent accountable for listening to people who don't know how to direct the supply line, use common sense, and manage this store. if found deliberately stopping the supply line based on faulty information and deliberately causing a health hazard on purpose, they will find themselves in a HUGE class action and other legal measures. They are on notice.

TOPCARE EPSOM SALTS

I bought TOPCARE EPSOM SALTS and found that magnesium sulfate(heptahydrate) is poison contaminate. You cannot make this stuff up. I was issued a refund from the store that I bought it from. TOPCARE needs to stop selling this product immediately!!!! I am not a human science experiment in order to find out if this poison/contaminate is effective or not!!!! Physical evidence in support of claims in which the hotel manager has ZERO physical evidence to support a false police report, false statements, and continued theft. Here it is 5/30/2018, no restitution made other than returning my $200 security deposit.

Two property items not returned and no effort made on this hotel's behalf. Note the disappearance of signature forgery by Ramada Inn as pointed out in the exhibit when asked to provide evidence to PD. IT'S GAME OVER!!! Gives contradicting statements to law enforcement???!

The world would like to know why this manager is not arrested, charged, fined, and in jail for all the above. I signed a monthly rental agreement with Ramada Inn otherwise known as Stagebarn Lodging, L. L. C. located at 7900 Stagestop Road, Summerset, SD 57718. This monthly rental contract was signed on 2/18/2018. This binding contract was to end on 3/20/2018. The monthly hotel room rent was 750.00 and was paid on 2/18/2018 and that included security deposit of 200.00. The security deposit was paid on 2/18/2018 as well. The room was in excellent condition and there was no damage during my entire stay at this location. During this entire stay at the hotel, I was subject to verbal and criminal harassment by the Manager and some of the hotels' agents for no just cause. I was told different rental dates and was threatened with an illegal 3 Day Notice To Vacate (verbally) for no just cause even though there was a rental agreement signed. She proceeds to give me dates of May 18, 2018, April 18, 2018, and March 18, 2018-verbally. This is in violation of SD verbal contract law. This situation happened out in the parking lot near the entrance. I in turn stated, "How would she like her mortgage due dates to change on different months without her notification?", and I proceeded to leave the premises to do some work. This activity by the manager is in violation of SDCLR regarding street harassment. I had 2 property items stolen out my room and reported it to local law enforcement on 3/12/2018 by email. In addition, I sent the manager a copy of the SD Tenants' law as well. During the morning hours of 3/13/2018 between 7 A. M. and 11:30 A. M., I was heading out to the parking lot and the manager was standing behind the hotel desk in the lobby and she immediately became rude, hostile, and belligerent after she received a copy of the SD Tenants' rights by e-mail that was sent on 3/12/2018. I proceeded to digitally record this incident and she became even more rude, hostile, and belligerent for no just cause. Manager proceeded to contact her attorney and local law enforcement. While I was in the lobby near the breakfast lobby entrance, manager comes marching around the corner into the lobby while I was digitally recording her actions and she initiated a simple assault by trying to deter me from digitally recording and aggressively tries to hit my nose. I effectively blocked and deterred her from further acts of aggression. I shouted and pointed to her and stated, "That's An Assault", and I quickly left the building. I sat in my truck with the doors locked until local law enforcement arrived. These acts of verbal and physical aggression was first initiated and created by the manager. Local law enforcement arrived and I decided to leave under escort of law enforcement. The hotel room was clean and no damages. Officer Brandy Palmer assisted me and I digitally recorded the condition of the room was in same condition that was before which was excellent. While out in the parking lot, local law enforcement hands me a fraudulent document to sign that was produced by the manager, stating that I was not kicked out of the Ramada Inn, Stagebarn Lodging, L. L. C.. I advised local law enforcement that I refuse to sign a fraudulent document with false statements. Local law enforcement advised me that I would not receive my $200 security deposit back if I did not sign the document. I stated that by holding my security deposit is theft by refusing to sign a fraudulent document with false statements rendered on the documents. Local law enforcement said it was a civil issue. In addition to this matter, during my stay, my hotel room would be locked and unlocked on numerous occasions. Near the end of my stay, I was advised by the manager and a associate that they were going to enter my room three times a day for no reason. This was also in violation of SD Tenant Law and verbal harassment for no just cause. The manager and some of the hotels' agents are in violation of South Dakota Law pursuant to the following: *South Dakota Tenant Law *Simple assault by the manager on 3/13/2018 *False reporting of a threat on 3/13/2018 by the manager out in the hotel lobby *SDCLR 11-9 *SDCLR 11-9-2 *SDCLR 15-2-13 *SDCLR 15-2-15(1) *SDCLR 22-19B-1(4) *SDCLR 22-1-2 *SDCLR 22-11-9 *SDCLR 22-11-9.2 *SDCLR 22-18-1 *SDCLR 22-18-35 *SDCLR 22-30A-1 *SDCLR 22-30A-4 *SDCLR 22-30A-16 *SDCLR 22-30A-17 by the Manager *SDCLR 22-39-36 *Title 53, subsection 53-8-1 *Title 53, subsection 53-8-2 *Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act) *Chapter 38, subsection 5301, theft of property of a Veteran *Title 8, U. Manager refused to sign and send back and is evidence of complicit behavior and activity. Holding a security deposit of $200 is theft and evidence of Management/Landlord harassment for no just cause under SDCLR for refusing to sign a fraudulent document containing false statements produced by the manager. Return of stolen property in a theft related issue to include the security deposit is not mitigation under SDCLR. I am seeking double damages $400 for theft and theft by deception by the manager pursuant to SDCLR. I am also seeking double damages for $1100 for hotel monthly rental to include court costs and filing fees. I did receive the $200 back in the form of a check. I want a refund of $550 NOW!!!

Manager commits felony perjury for false statements given to law enforcement and filing a false police report with false statements received on 5/18/2018. Document produced by the manager on 3/13/2018 is in total contradiction to what was stated by the manager on the police report.

This also includes tampering with a witness and evidence by the manager and some of the hotels' agents. Stolen property not recovered and it is now 5/21/2018. Request sent on 5/18/2018 even though they had my e-mail address to contact. This downright criminal and they KNOW IT!

Maybe the manager and hotels ' agents would like to be issued a harassing notice to leave with false statements after contacting the PD for confirmed theft of their property items. How would they would like false information spread about them? How would they would like to locked out of their living establishments? How would they like a false report made on them?

How would they like the same treatment in return? Manager hired wrong employees that like to steal and her answer is to kick me out?!!! For reporting theft?!!! I am supposed to accept this and being agressed upon for digitally recording and protecting myself?!!!

I think the manager has some very serious mental health issues and listened to a third party that has proven to have ZERO credibility and has a criminal record.

This really, really bad on this manager and some the hotels' agents. They are now in SERIOUS hot water.

I want to know WHY this manager is NOT in jail for criminal harassment, signature forgery, honest services fraud, theft, aiding and abetting, false reporting of a threat, and a simple assault, and obstruction of justice for failure to release video of hotel lobby cameras of the assault that took place on 3/13/2018 first initiated by the manager in the hotel lobby and failure to issue a refund of the $550 and $40 for two property items stolen from my hotel room in February 2018! The world IS NOT GOING TO ACCEPT EXCUSES!!!!!

This is not an opinion, it is fact. People who engage in serious wrong doing such as the Manager at this location and some of the hotels' agents have set their future demise with Karma. If you were smart, you would head these serious warnings and to ignore this post is to do so at your own peril.

I am also asking that people who are concerned about their property rights need to contact 605-787-**** and put pressure on the Manager to CEASE and DESIST being complicit in SD Tenant violations, illegally vacating stellar tenants and veterans, and to CEASE AND DESIST all forms of criminal harassment and illegal activity to also include being complicit in making people who have stellar rental histories near homeless. This also includes being complicit in violating property rights and being complicit in criminal theft investigation and obstructing justice.

This also includes perjury for false statements given to local law enforcement.

Property rights are very important and some people who do wrong like this manager and some of the hotels agents need to be held 100% responsible. Thank you for your support.

The manager was emailed cease and desist all forms of criminal harassment to include copy of Attorney Generals' Tenants' Rights as well. The manager refused to sign and return the Cease and Desist all forms of criminal harassment and Assurance letter which therefore indicating complicit behavior. The Cease and Desist letter was also sent by regular mail as well. On 3/13/2018, I digitally recorded the manager as she became extremely hostile and belligerent as I was exciting the lobby to head towards the parking lot. Manager retaliated due in part of contacting local law enforcement. Manager reports a false threat in violation of SDCLR and contacted local law enforcement. Manager comes around the front counter and exits the door and heads towards me in the hotel lobby and commits a simple assault by touch in frustration of me digitally recording her and her belligerent behavior. I advised her that she committed an assault and left the building to the parking lot and waited for local law enforcement to arrive. I decided to leave the premises under local law enforcement escort due to harassment by the manager and some of the hotels' agents. After speaking with local law enforcement, the manager produces a document given to local law enforcement with false statements for me to sign. I refused to sign the document and took a picture of the document. The manager also committed signature forgery on a passed document which NULLS and VOIDS the entire contract. I have that evidence in my possession as well. I received the security deposit back of $200 and I am seeking a full refund of $550 to include the restitution amount of $41 for the two property items that were stolen out of my hotel room. I am seeking double damages of $1182. Failure to provide an excellent reference due to no damage caused to the hotel room, keeping the room in excellent condition, and paying the rental agreement amount as evidenced in digital recordings. Additional actions will be filed until resolved in its full entirety. I am seeking to press charges to the fullest extent against the manager for signature forgery, criminal harassment, false reporting of a threat, SD tenant law violations, SD verbal contract law, and active participant in property theft and failure to cooperate in an criminal investigation to include obstruction of justice by refusing to provide digital video evidence of the manager committing a simple assault on 3/13/2018 to local law enforcement. This also includes street harassment in the parking lot which is also in violation of local and city ordinances. I have a stellar rental history in all my 26 years of renting, and my reputation as being a person of high moral caliber is supported with character statements, references, and awards. Bad landlords and bad hotel management behavior is on the rise and their criminal behavior is on the rise. Listening to rumor, hearsay, and gossip from a third party who is an unreliable source with a criminal record is FOLLY and this manager and some the hotels' agents are held 100% responsible for instigating and creating this hostile environment to begin with.
