We bought our tickets during Covid prior to moving now Im trying to change the shipping address so I can get our tickets and the website does not allow you to change that information I tried calling and they will not except phone calls they say you can use chatter email so I try the chat feature it keeps booting me out saying chat feature is not available and I have to email I have emailed and they keep telling me that theyre so busy they cant answer my email so now I have concerns of not getting my three day weekend tickets for September because theyre going to ship them to the wrong address and Ive Been trying like *** to get a hold of them to make sure my tickets get shipped to the right location
