Well, we are stuck in a Catch-22. Our card was charged without issuing a booking ID.

Without a booking ID, it is not possible to contact customer services. Noone has attempted to contact us.

- The last 4 digits of the card used to make the payment. - The total amount paid for the reservation.

- Date of the payment Once you provide us with this information, they will look for your reservation in our system and they will contact you again. Kind regards,

Travelgenio - Charged €400, no booking confirmation or tickets received, now being ghosted!

We tried to book tickets at a value of just over 400. After entering our card details, we were taken back to the homepage and received no booking confirmation or tickets. No booking appears in our name in the "My trips" page, and yet the money has been charged from our account. We have received no response to our attempts to contact customer service via email or phone. It feels very much like being robbed, and we are exploring the legal options available to us to get our money back. A very upsetting and stressful experience indeed.

User's recommendation: AVOID! It simply isn't worth the risk, and the stress we are currently experiencing, for the sake of saving a bit of money.

Travelgenio - Charged €400, no booking confirmed, and now we're being ghosted!

We tried to book flight tickets that came to just over 400. After confirming our card details, we were taken back to the homepage and never received any confirmation of our booking. The money has been taken from our account and we have zero to show for it. We have tried calling and emailing and received no response. We are exploring our legal options to get our money back. It feels like we have been robbed.

User's recommendation: AVOID! It simply isn't worth the risk, and the stress we're now experiencing, just to save €30.

Please send an e-mail to customer.service@travelgenio.com, from the e-mail you indicated when making the reservation, mentioning only the Booking ID (8-digit code that appears in the confirmation e-mail) in the subject and we will inform you of the next steps.
