I have not heard anything from Amazon. They have not reached out to me to discuss and they won't answer my emails anymore. However, they continue to email me asking for a review on the seller?

I was banned from posting reviews on Amazon. I did contact Customer Service and was treated very rudely as if I was some sort of criminal for answering a question Amazon asked ME to write a review.

"They" (Amazon) sent me an email so I went on to write the review/answer someone's question. Then I was notified I hadn't reviewed a phone case I bought a few months ago, so I reviewed it. Instantly BANNED!! For what??

All my reviews are in fact "verified purchase". I canceled my prime membership and will no longer shop at Amazon unless this situation is rectified. It's not the ability to review items, it's being accused of wrongdoing when there was no wrongdoing. .

This is very rude how I was treated. I have been a customer for over ten years and have auto monthly shipments that are Amazon Brand. No more, canceled them all. I never broke any rules, Never received any item for free in return for a review, as they are accusing me of.

nothing. I do not have any relationship with any of the sellers either as they state. . Now they, the sellers, have to lose business because Amazon bans innocent people from writing reviews to help other customers.

They can look at my purchase history and read my reviews instead of having a computer erase ALL my reviews and ban me. Now I will send a letter to each of my sellers on my monthly auto-ship list as to why I no longer want their products.

I would like this to be investigated and corrected. Amazon sent me an email today there is nothing they can do and they won't respond anymore to any emails I may or may not send.
