Direct Express program problems: Contacts in Washington. Do not use this card.

The persons involved in Direct Express program, beginning with Bureau of Fiscal Service, have allowed to cardholders to be victimized with no recourse. All victims need to be directed to the following two persons for all complaints and comments: Mr. Loren J. Sciurba-OIG Treasury Acting Counsel to the Inspector General Assistant Counsel 202-927-**** 202-486-**** (cell) Sciurbal@***.treas.gov and Thomas Santaniello Legislative Assistant, Bureau of Fiscal Service Thomas.Santaniello@***.treasury.gov (202) 309-**** (cell) (202) 874-**** Send emails and make telephone calls to these persons. Tell your problem. Politics is being played with cardholders. Bureau of Fiscal Service renewed a contract with the contractor before three investigative reports from OIG Treasury were completed.

Pissed Consumer has been a good venue to gain attention to the problems with Comerica Bank, BUT, when I get a notification that a comment has been made to a review, and the comment is nowhere to be found, that is very, very frustrating.

A class action suit has been filed. We are looking for more persons become plaintiffs.

If they reach out, and the comments do not appear, they will feel they are being ignored.

Please fix this.

so much for the 10 day period to credit your account that was 12/21/18 but then the direct express lady stated; our system shows 10 days to be the 24th. and then i said no , 10 working days not even counting the date on the letter which states an investigation has been started which was 12/8/18 and the lady says; yes you are right 10 days is the 21st, but then she comes back and says ; we have not received your letter yet.

( it was mailed on the 12-13 of december) that was convenient for her to say because what the blank was she going to say about the 10 days being already up ? and to top it off she askes if i want them to mail me another form to send back to them.

(right and wait another 25 days to see if they do anything. what a joke for a company.

I have a friend who has been authorized SSI and there is a large back payment amount that we have been trying to get for atleast the last 4 years. Everytime we get close to having everything that's needed and SSI starts the transfer, something always makes the percentage stop.

When asked about it, its stopped for some reason from direct express and to restart it they charge us a crazy amount of money. We have paid this amount multiple times. We finally hit 100% for the first time the other night and and we then were told we didn't pay something else. We paid it and they RESTARTED the percentage AGAIN.

It stopped at 99% and they said that they needed new pins for the cards. They are requesting MORE money to do that.

I have been helping my friend financially for the last 6 years and can't do it anymore. We need help!!
