MyPillow - My Pillow refuses to refund my credit card
When the mattress arrived on April 21, 2021, the box was torn and the bottom was wet. I called My Pillow to ask for a refund. The first question from Customer Service 'Is it still in the original box? Second, send us a picture." Yes, it is still in the original box and I sent a picture. Today is May 28, 2021, and we are still waiting to get the $1297.09 credited back to our account since My PDDODillow keeps disputing our claim
