Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They sent the free bottle that was offered.

We got it and we are happy. There is nothing wrong with this company!.

I have contacted Havansu, and they sent the free bottle they promised me right away. It is a very good company.

I am sorry for leaving a bad remark. My husband feels a positive difference when taking their supplement.

I left a great review on amazon for neuroIGNITE, and followed the instructions to get out the next one free. I even left a second great review! Now it's time to show that you are an honest company that fulfills what they offer! ( I asked for the free bottle about a month ago.)
