HBO Max - Constant errors, zero help
Every single episode or movie i try to watch gets a "cant play title error" about a minute from the end of every episode, making me have to exit and restart it to finish. I have contacted HBO Max, and was told that it was my xbox causing the issue....except it happens on LITERALLY every device ive tried it on. They keep escalating the issue, but never getting back to me.

Preferred solution: I would like to get the working service I paid for, as well as competent help staff that doesn't call customers liars. I would also like compensation for the past 2 months of service that has not worked correctly for even one day.

User's recommendation: Don't waste your money unless you enjoy error menus popping up every show you watch blocking the screen, and getting zero offer of help from the company taking your money.
