The Washington Post - Unable to get human help with subscription problems
I need to suspend my subscription but was told to send an email. Call dropped. MybKindle was not working. It was under warranty so I asked for a replacement. It has been promised but has not been delivered. Three delays so far
User's recommendation: Send email not call.
Let the company propose a solution
