A new complaint was sent to Chris Geisert regarding Bernard Brown lying about taking money and not receiving any product. The emails will show in detail how the Posture Pal CEO, Bernard Brown uses deceit to run a business. All filings with the US District Court will also be made available. Email correspondence between Chris Geisert and Bernard Brown will also be divulged for historical reasons. Emails between nFinity Capital will also be released, the investor who may or may not have also been a victim of fraud or a conspirator of fraud will also be posted online. Depo Energy President Richard Akland Caught Lying. Why?

Why would Depo Energy conglomerate owner of Dallas Texas Richard Akland lie? On February first, 2011, Richard Akland was informed about COO Bernard Brown's recent fraud and patent infringement lawsuit regarding Brown's dismal handling of Posture Pal which received an F from the Better Business Bureau for 21 complaints and about the lawsuit being re-opened. Richard Akland responded on February 1st that he takes the fraud charges seriously and that Bernard Brown no longer has any part of the company. Recently, a document from the Public Utility Commission of Texas proved Richard Akland a liar that Bernard Brown is in fact the company's COO dated February 11, 2011 and again on March 1, 2011. Every company has the right to choose their employees. The question begs to be asked if Depo Energy does any fact checking on their possible employees. Richard Akland was given easily checked information regarding a fraud lawsuit with the US District Court of Northern Texas where files are public record. The Better Business Bureau also is public record where a person can check to see whether or not Posture Pal which was run by Bernard Brown did receive 21 complaints. One possibility is that the Posture Pal company was not put on the resume. If you Google people's names, it is easy to check on people. This is a common practice for companies to check to see if their possible future employees have any kind of baggage that could be damaging to their company.

Depo Energy COO Received F From Better Business Bureau

Depo Energy COO Received F From Better Business Bureau
Depo Energy's COO, Bernard Brown, received the lowest possible score from the Better Business Bureau of F for his recent business dealings as CEO of Posture Pal at 1400 Noel Rd, Dallas Texas. Bernard Brown was in charge of daily operations which means he bears sole responsibility for the 21 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau against the company he was operating. Of the 21 complaints, 12 of those complaints failed to even get a response from Bernard Brown. The majority of complaints come from people purchasing product and never receiving any product that they paid for. These actions may constitute a criminal offense under the statute of mail fraud which is a federal offense. One complaint filed with the BBB was a contract issue, 15 complaints were regarding delivery issues, 3 complaints were of refund and exchange issues, 1 was regarding sales practices and 1 complaint was regarding service issue. A civil fraud lawsuit was filed against Bernard Brown along with a patent infringement suit as he knowingly dissolved the company without informing the other shareholders while pocketing the money. One way to destroy the reputation of a company is take people's money and not deliver product.

Depo Energy LLC May Be Included in Fraud Lawsuit Against COO

Depo Energy LLC of Dallas Texas may be included as one of the defendants in the upcoming fraud case against Bernard Brown, their COO. Back in Februay, Richard Aland informed Geisert that Bernard Brown no longer worked for Depo Energy which in turn caused Chris Geisert to stop refilling the fraud lawsuit against their COO. In a recent discovery from a paper filed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas it was learned that in fact Bernard Brown is the COO of Depo Energy and Richard Aland was lying. Research will be conducted to if Depo Energy will be included in the lawsuit allowing Bernard Brown and Depo Energy to be sued in a civil fraud lawsuit. Bernard Brown was recently sued for fraud and his case was entering the Discovery Phase with a motion to dismiss without prejudice meaning that the case could be reopened. During litigation, Bernard Brown moved two times both to inexpensive hotels that offer residents to stay for long periods of time. Bernard Brown failed to notify the court the second time he moved claiming that he never received the court documents. Geisert would send him court documents regarding the fraud case but would be returned unopened.

NFinity Capital Fraud Lawsuit Being Organized

After recent revelations, the nFinity Capital fraud lawsuit is back on the front burner. nFinity Capital will be included in the upcoming fraud lawsuit unless a deal can be met. The fraud lawsuit against Bernard Brown who was running Posture Pal was dropped without prejudice which means that this lawsuit can be refiled and brought back into court. nFinity Capital will either be one of the plaintiff's against Bernard Brown or will be a defendant in the lawsuit. If no answer is received by Bruce Vermeulen of nFinity Medical and nFinity Capital, the silence will mean that fraudulent activity was also done by him. If he joins the plaintiff and did wrong doing, he will be made a fool of by his co-conspirator, Bernard Brown when it comes to the trial. Bernard Brown was CEO of Posture Pal before he left it for abandonment and continued to sell the cushion without any patent consent. Bernard Brown also racked up an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for 21 complaints of taking customers money and not receiving product. Bruce Vermeulen was made aware of the situation but remained silent in answering to Geisert, the majority shareholder. Bernard is currently the COO of Depo Energy in Dallas Texas.

NFinity Medical Fraud Paper Work Being Sorted

A civil fraud lawsuit against nFinity Medical, nFinity Capital and Bruce Vermeulen is being reorganized to be filed with the US District Court of Northern Texas by Posture Pal inventor, Chris Geisert. Chris Geisert, the inventor of the Posture Pal forward head posture cushion recently had a fraud, patent infringement and other complaints against Bernard Brown who is currently COO at Depo Energy in Dallas Texas. Geisert dropped the lawsuit which was reaching the Discovery Phase due to the expensive ability to collect from someone who kept moving from apartments in hotels to other apartments in hotels and appeared to not have funds, making the ability for Geisert to become whole nearly impossible. Geisert later found out that Bernard Brown was in fact President of Depo Energy, a subdivision of Demand Pooling Inc. run by Richard Aland. Richard Aland was informed about the fraud lawsuit regarding Bernard Brown and told Geisert that he had fired him. After doing some research, it was found that Richard Aland lied about firing Bernard Brown from a document obtained by the Public Utility Commission of Texas in fact showing Bernard Brown as COO of Depo Energy. Geisert is currently re-organizing all of his previous court documents that were filed with the US District Court of Northern Texas and will be filing a new Fraud complaint which may also include nFinity Medical, nFinity Capital and Bruce Vermeulen. Mr. Vermeulen has the chance of filing against Bernard Brown. Mr. Vermeulen claims to not have been paid by Bernard Brown. Bruce Vermeulen sent a document to Geisert showing that nFinity Capital may have been involved in the fraudulent scheme and was lying about not getting paid. The lawsuit may or may not also include Depo Energy.

Depo Energy COO Faces Fraud Lawsuit

On February 1, 2011 Richard Aland, Chairman and CEO of DEPO Demand Pooling located at 12720 Hillcrest Road, Suite 1045 of Dallas Texas was made aware of their COO's, Bernard Brown, fraud lawsuit, and ranking of an F from the Better Business Bureau of 21 complaints of taking people's money and not delivering product from Bernard Brown's previous experience of running a company. Mr. Aland wrote to Chris Geisert in an email on February 1, 2011. Mr. Geisert, Please be advised that we regard these charges, whether accurate or not, as serious and, as a result of your threats, which could have the effect of damaging our business, Bernard Brown has been forced to step down from his role in DEPO Energy. He has no roll in Demand Pooling Global Services. I assume this satisfies your objective in contacting me; however, I must advise that if you issue or arrange a press release or any item which incorporates our company's name in the press release or other item, in any fashion or in any location, we will consider it an attempt to interfere with our business and will take immediate appropriate action. Richard K. Aland Chairman and CEO Demand Pooling, Inc. 12720 Hillcrest Rd. Suite 1045 Dallas, TX 75230 Chris Geisert wrote Richard Aland as he found out that Bernard Brown was President of Depo Energy and was going to restart his fraud lawsuit against Bernard Brown which was previously dropped because it appeared no money would be able to be collected from Bernard Brown to make Geisert whole. As Richard Aland lied to Geisert, Geisert did not reinstate the fraud lawsuit against Bernard Brown which was recently dropped with the US District Court of Northern Texas. It was just recently found out that Bernard Brown, is in fact current COO of DEPO ENERGY, LLC which sells electricity to state and local governments. Bernard Brown was previously CEO of Posture Pal Inc which sold Geisert's invention. Richard Aland lied to Geisert about dismissing Brown and thought that he wouldn't find out. While at Posture Pal, Bernard Brown was demoted from CEO by Geisert for not keeping the accounting up to date, and lack of information about the business given to Geisert. Brown then told Geisert that Geisert was not part of the company. This was true as Bernard Brown had let all the Posture Pal companies become terminated many months prior and did not tell majority shareholder Geisert and was pocketing all the money from sales and was infringing upon the patent. Geisert then transferred his patent back over to his personal name as he was 51% majority shareholder and filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Bernard Brown. After doing more research, he then added fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties and interference of contractual relations to the list. Bernard Brown wrote many motions to dismiss the lawsuit which were all denied. The Judge granted all complaints against Bernard Brown to go forward. After moving 2 times and complaining of not receiving the court documents which Bernard Brown failed to tell the plaintiff or court that he moved, Bernard Brown was facing the second stage of trial, Discovery where he must hand over all the documents. Geisert already had the documents from the State of Delaware that the companies were abandoned, re-instated and then abandoned again. Geisert figured that Posture Pal companies were re-in stated to prove that the companies were in fact up to speed but the dates would show that Bernard was already caught in the fraudulent act. The worst part is that Bernard Brown continued to take customers money and not send any product to the customers, racking up 21 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Geisert learned from a Google search that Richard Aland lied to him regarding Bernard Brown from a file from the Public Utility Commission of Texas Aggregator Utility Listing dated on February 11, 2011 and March 1, 2011 that Bernard Brown is in fact COO of Depo Energy LLC. Here is the link. https://portal.puc.state.tx.us/industry/electric/directories/agg/report_agg.aspx?ID=AGSQL01DB124556****001 Geisert is now working on re-opening the fraud lawsuit against Bernard Brown, COO of Depo Energy.

Posture Pal - Bernard Brown Going To Trial For Fraud

Posture Pal - Bernard Brown Going To Trial For Fraud
Bernard Brown of Dallas Texas is going to trial for a fraud, patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and interference of business relations from his disastrous handlings of the Posture Pal Company. The Posture Pal companies have been abandoned a second time by Bernard Brown and have racked up the lowest ranking of F from the Better Business Bureau for 21 complaints of taking people's money and not delivering product. The lawsuit was filed by the Posture Pal inventor, Chris Geisert who was majority shareholder and was locked out of the company after demoting Bernard Brown for refusing to show the company expenditures. The lawsuit against Bernard Brown filed with the US District Court of Northern Texas has entered the Discovery Phase with the judge requesting both parties to perform a scheduling. A motion for dismissal by Bernard Brown was rejected by the court. The court has found enough evidence presented by the plaintiff to hear the complaint, including fraud which is hardest to proof. Bernard Brown has stated that he is looking for investors to invest in the Posture Pal company. If the investors aren't aware of the Fraud lawsuit, they too can file suit for not disclosing this information. Chris Geisert, the inventor of Posture Pal, has started over with a new company called FHP Products and is selling two of his inventions, Posture Cap and FHP Cushion which is the new name of the Posture Pal cushion. Geisert is also currently writing a book about his whole ordeal so that other inventors can learn from his mistakes or so that people can see the inside dealings of how to take an invention to market.

Bernard Brown has been let go of his duties at Depo Energy after learning of the fraud lawsuit. Depo is a respectable company and policies reflect those of outstanding citizens.

#242467

I just contacted DEPO ENERGY LLC and Bernard IS the president of their subsidery company....

#242457

Bernard is claiming to be DEPO ENERGY LLC President and COO. He also states that his company has 11 to 50 employees.

The website he has for his new company, www.depo.org states that a Don J. Kelly is President and COO.

#218583

I've filed a motion with the US District Court of Northern Texas to withdraw my fraud complaint against Bernard Brown because he has moved 2 times since I filed my complaint and the ability to collect the monetary award will prove to be near impossible because he is always moving and he doesn't have any money.

Like they say, why throw good money after bad money.

#215766

I've recovered enough from the fraudulent activities by Bernard Brown although I will probably never be fully recovered and have finally been able to start work on my wonderful company website. Thanks to all the posture experts and customers that have helped thru this whole fiasco. My new website has started to be designed and you can find it at www.fhpproducts.com. Its my new company and I'm not using the fraudster Bernard Brown.

Kind Regards,

Chris
