Ulta - Horrible customer service

They never helped made me wait 2 weeks for nothing basically told me there’s nothing they can do the most horrible nasty customer service I ever experienced in my life Sephora is way better they actually deliver what they say they’ll deliver

I received a package and and 3 of my items were missing and pretty much told me they couldnt do anything for me so I lost my money
