ROGERS had left my 83 year old mother with NO phone service, literally zero ability to make or accept calls, even 911, I am on day 3. She is 83 years old, lives alone and few months ago had hip replacement surgery. Safety issue. He healthcare support worker cant call...

No phone service can definitely be disruptive. While we strive to ensure we provide best-in-class service, I imagine a few interactions can be subpar.
