Binance - My P2P account has been disabled since May 14.

My P2P account has been disabled since last week and the only message left someday back was to deal with a complainant regarding his payment, I left a mutual understanding decision in the order chat box and the buyer has also not had any other complaint. Even then nothing has been updated in my case. Please enable my P2P account so I resolve the complainant issue and we move forward.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: Please try to deal with the complainant directly. The customer support of Binance is not worth your efforts. They will take eons to solve your issue. weeks is normal.
