Did DD cook the food? If not, how are they responsible for the preparation? They did their part. It’s the restaurant that owes.

Stop complaining online and contact your state attorney general. They will send Doodash a letter and if Doordash does not respond and they keep taking money out you can pursue a legal remedy. Complaining online, on a messageboard, solves nothing.

In this instance you were in the wrong. Your address should have been stored in the app before making the order. You're at fault here not Doordash. I would have refused to bring it to the other address too. They deliver to the address that is in the app, that's it.

Doordash is awful. Their drivers are the worst. I had more than a few drivers take my order and leave it at a location other than the one I specified. What you have to do is complain to Doordash corporate. Demand that you receive a full refund on all horrible experiences with their unprofessional drivers. If they don't do a full refund contact your attorney general in your state. This will force Doordash to do two things: One, they will hire better help and punish horrible drivers that can't follow instructions by kicking them off the app. Or two, keep sending in complaints to your attorney general when they mess up and don't do a full refund. Eventually the AG will move against them. Its either shape up or ship out Doordash.

Completely true and very appropriate, it's the only way they'll get the message about their horrible service.
