Expedia - Impossible to Cancel reservation

I have been three days trying to cancel my hotel reservation which was within the full refund cancellation period. I have held for a live person multiple times for over an hour and half way been hung up FOUR TIMES. I called hotel and they said they have no issue on their end and sent it in an email to refund me 100% and still I cant get my refund. Check-in is tomorrow, and expedia won't refund me my money.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BOOK WITH EXPEDIA.
