Seattle Coffee Gear - Very poor customer service

Following multiple telephone calls with several operators it becomes very clear that this company is NOT interested in speaking to potential customers. I, several times over a several day period, attempted to have my queries answered and an order placed. I asked for assistance as a Physically Disabled American TO NO AVAIL. Every request was answered that "It is on our website." The website looks and sounds great. Just no follow through with real people. Sad. Very sad.

User's recommendation: Avoid all telephone calls with this vendor.
